We use trusted third-party services for hosting, AI content generation, payment processing, and messaging. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

• —Phone number & account data — retained while your account is active
• —Property data & generated content — retained permanently for paid flash users; automatically deleted after 48 hours for free flash users
• —Payment transaction references — retained as required by applicable law

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@flashyourlisting.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use only the cookies strictly necessary for the Service to function (session, language preference) and PayPal's payment cookies.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We never store payment card data. Some of our service providers may process data outside the Dominican Republic, under appropriate data protection frameworks.
